How Long Will It Take For Me To Heal After Getting The Wart Removed On My Vagina When On Neosporin?

Six weeks ago I had a wart removed from the left side of my vagina(near the outer labia). Two weeks ago my OBGYN, who had done the Leep Procedure for the removal of the wart, diagnosed me with Cellulitis. She put me on a week of antibitoics (Keflax). Once I completed a week on the antibiotics , I saw that the redness and swelling had gone down, but not enough. She told me if there was no change or next to no change to come back a week later. She told me if I developed fever, began to vomit or saw a rapid spread in the infection to go to the ER. 2 days ago, I saw the infection spread a bit outward. It was red, tender, and burned. I went to the ER and they chose not to put me on intravenous antibiotics since my blood tests came out well. They told me to stop using peroxide and to do warm compresses five times a day for five minutes and neosporin. How long should this take to heal if it does not spread any furthur on my skin or into my blood?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the nosocomial infection, and it is usually difficult to treat infection.
You may need to have culture and sensitivity of thedischarge from the infcted place, and treatment accordingly.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, cifixime, and ornidazole till you get the result of the culture.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
