Hi,
generally bone healing stats from day 1 of fracture and if reduction done properly callus is formed in 4 - 6 weeks and then gradually weight bearing starts . It takes almost 18months to form a lamellar bone to form.
So in my opinion keep in regular follow up of your orthopaedition and according to callus formed in x ray finding you will be gradually allowed weightbearing.

HOPE THIS WILL HELP. For more queries feel free to ask.

THANKS N REGARDS
