How long will Zoloft take to heal anxiety symptoms?

i have aniety and was previously on lexapro and it was working well but then my anxiety returned so my doctor switched me to zoloft 100 mg i have been on it for about three weeks and have seen some improvement but i would like to know when i should start feeling the full effet

Detail: zoloft usually shows its full effect in 2-3 weeks. But you have mentioned that you have only partial relief. In this case, either the change of drug or the increase in dose to 150mg is advisable.
Also practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation. These will supplement the effect of medicines.
