How long until vomiting and watery stools stop due to norovirus?

I think I am suffering from from norovirus. Since 4 am two days ago I have been nauseated, fatigued with.chills watery stool and vomiting. I have had much trouble keeping fluids down and I have not been able to eat anything. How long until the vomiting and watery stool stops and when can I start eating.

hello Norovirus symptoms usually last for 48 to 72 hours . so you should expect to recover bythe 4 th day
