How Long To Use Betnovate N To Treat Acne And Blackheads?

i`m 14 years old I have not worst but bad acne and blackheads all over my face from last 4 years old my sister used betnovate-N cream from last 3 years her acne and blackheads cleared but if i use betnovate and my blackheads were clear. Can this stage happens that i have to used it life long please help me doctor

Betnovate cream contains very strong steroid which should not be used for treating acne and blackheads.
It can cause various side effects like thinning of skin, redness, early wrinkles and increased hair growth.
Your skin will become dependent on steroids once you start using it.
