HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

(1)It is difficult to say when your blood sugars will return to normal. In gestational diabetes there is a risk of becoming a full blown diabetic.
It is possible that the elevated readings reflect this. Changes in diet and increase activity would help to control your readings.

(2)It is best to wait till the blood sugars are under control before attempting conception again.

(3)In terms of sterility- your risk is not increased due to your previous pregnancy

(4)The brown discharge may be old blood but in some cases may also be due to infection. If it continues then your should see your doctor for assessment.

I hope this helps and wish you the best
