Hello
After reading your query I would like to say that in my opinion or if I would be your treating physician , I would come up with these measures , these include:
1 High fiber diet , green leafy vegetable, fruits.
2 Cut down the processed food, white bread doughnuts, white sugar , pizza, should be avoided.
3 A 40 -50 minute physical activities every day like morning walk evening walk or a visit to gym or swimming pool.
As drugs are lipid lowering agent ( aztop asp ) and sedative ( restyl ) .
Your cholesterol level is not too high , you should be worried but not too much . Such level may easily get back to normal range , otherwise it is also in normal range ( serum cholesterol 180 mg /dl NORMALl is 160 -240 mg HDL LDL ( BAD cholesterol ) and serum triglyceride are also normal range .
In your case there is no need of any medication.
But consult your treating doctor or 2nd option is consult another doctor and get his opinion ( 2nd opinion).
Hope this will help you.
