How Long Should One Wait To Have Sex After Tubectomy ?

i am 29yrs.woman.how soon i get sex after tubectomy.plz tell me sir i am 29yrs.womam.i have tubectomy.how soon i get sex? my have little abdomen pain.plz tell me about sex.my husband want to sex.

From the information you have provided, I understand you have had a tubectomy.

If it was an interval procedure (that is done when you were not pregnant) by laparoscopy , you can resume your normal activities when you feel upto it.

Ideally you should use condoms for a month by which time healing would have occured at the operated site on the tubes.

If the operation was done after child birth , its better to wait for the full six weeks after delivery.

If the operation was done along with surgical termination of pregnancy, its better to wait for the bleeding to stop completely. In this case also use condoms for a month.

Hi,thanks for query.You can resume sex after 3-4 days if the surgery is done by laproscopy and you are comfortable.Use some protection for first week to be completely safe.bye.
