How Long Should Medication Be Continued To Cure Anthral Gastritis?

Hi, I am suffering from morning loose motions. I have to use the toilet for 4-5 times during morning 2-3 hours. Done the Endoscopy and shows Anthral Gastritis. Doctor prescribed O2 tablet along with Rekool-D. However, loose motions again started after 5 day course of O2. For how many days I have to take those medicines? I m pretty much depressed and not able to get out for office fearing loose motions. Please help.

Hi thanks for asking question.
You are taking ofloxacilin along with rabeprazole.Continue both the drug for few days.
But along with drugs you also have to take care about dietary habit.
Avoid excess spicy food.Avoid excess tea, coffe.
Avoid fatty and fried food because they can delay gastric emptying.
Maintain your hydration with more water.
Eat green leafy vegetables more.Take small meal at frequent interval.
Fruit juices will be good for health.
With the proper dietary management and use of drug for atleast 6 to 7 days will relieve you from diarrhea.
If still problem then other causes has to be searched like autoimmune gastritis and treated accordingly.
