How Long Should Thyronorm 25mg Be Taken For Treating TSH Of 9.5?

Sir recently I got to know that my tsh level is 9.5 and t3 t4 is 1.9. I m a 36 yr olld femmale and have two kids.my weight is 53 kg.I m using thyronorm 25mcg .I wanted to how long the medication will go.and one more thing what food should i avoid.thanks
