How Long Post Intake Of Penicillin And Motrin Will Strep Throat Cure?
I have been diagnosed with strep throat on Sunday & started penicillin, Motrin (800mg)& warm salt gargles. It s been over 36 hours & I have yet to feel any improvements.It s extremely painful to swallow/eat. How long does it take for the pain subside?

So after starting antibiotic you will start getting relief after 2-3 days.
