Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Marijuana contain cannabis. Cannabis remain in body for long time, if used regularly for some time. After single time use it remain for 5-10 days only in body (blood, urine or soft organ like placenta). But it can remain for several months in hard tissue like nails and hairs.

Currently you should not worry about its presence in placenta, rather then focus not to use it in future again.

Wishing you good health and all the best.
