Hello, I have a very important problem. I am currently a medical student and I am exhibiting eye problems. I study a lot and I have experienced a change of vision in my eyes. Additionally, it takes me a long time to fall asleep. When I close my eyelids, my eyeballs constantly move laterally and medially. It feels like they are moving involuntary. I feel like my lateral rectus and medial rectus muscles are overacting. It takes me awhile to fall asleep because of this. When I close my eyelids, my eyeballs constantly move side to side and they do not relax like they re supposed to when I fall asleep. To explain my vision problems, everything just feels like blurry vision and also I feel like my eyesight has gotten weaker. I have gone to my family physician and the optometrist and both think that it might be a neurological disorder. The excessive overaction of those muscles occur once I close my eyes and does not allow me to sleep.

I am a 56 y/o female struggling with Chronic Lyme Disease for 20 years. I have been under treatment for 7 years. I am about 50% improved but deal with neurologic and other long term complications. Recently I was diagnosed with Cyclothymia due to worsening mood swings and I was started on Lamictal. I am also taking Effexor for depression as well as Wellbutrin and Adderal for ADHD. Is medication management for Cyclothymia the same or as effective regardless of the cause? ( infection vs. heredity)

HI, I have been taking: Escitalopram oxalate 10 mg in the morning and trazo-done 50mg (but I break them in half) at night. After 7 weeks my doctor prescribed Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release (XL) 150 mg to take in the morning. I took Bupropion 2 day in a row then stopped, because I injured my ankle and was given a 2 week supply of Hydroco/acetaminop 325mg (which I also only take half every 6 hours). I m a little (a lot) concerned about the interactions between all the drugs. what should I take or not take? Also, I m a moderate social drinker. Should I not drink while taking any of these medications. Thanks.
