How Long Does It Take To Increase Sperm Count And Motility?

Hi, Me and my husband were trying for a baby.But it was detected that my husband is having low sperm count and low motility.And he is on medications for 2 months and he is taking hCG injections for 2 months.It was later observed that my ovulation is not happening around 14-20 days.How long does it take for sperm count/motility to increase???
