Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Usually after taking treatment for PCOS it is advisable to plan for pregnancy within 1 to 2 months postoperatively as as response will be good at that time and also recurrence may occur if delayed. As now you are trying since 4 months it is good decision to go for infertility treatment. In infertility treatment you can go for ovulation induction followed by follicular study to observe the development of ovum and plan unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation which will increase the possibility of pregnancy, you can take the support of hormones in first and second half of the cycle with your doctor's advice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
