How Long Does It Take A Disc To Heal Once Herniated?
Hi i hurt my back while i was putting my cloths..i got bulging in my disc plus harnited disc L4&L5..going for physio every other day..can you pls tell me i am doind the right thing & how long it will gonna take to get better..got hurt in march..thx kiran,.
