Hello,

Viral infections are usually self-limiting in 1-2 weeks. It is good that your other symptoms like a cough, runny nose etc are over.

This sweating will also be improved don't worry. Just finish your treatment, continue drinking fluids.

You can resume your work after 2-3 days. Better to start with light work only and gradually start your routine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
