How Long Does Implantation Bleeding Last?

Hello doctor! My due date is on 24th September,I was on dhupaston tab from 10th September for 10days course. Suddenly on 17th September I am noticing spotting while urination,the flow is light ,but today is 4th day and still I can notice this spotting. My period is normal. I am worried because I heard that Implantation bleeding lasts for max two days. Don t know what it is.please help

Hello,

First of all, do not panic. I will suggest you continue with the Duphastone tablets as before. Please do not miss or skip any tablet of Duphaston. Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for Tranexamic acid and Mefenamic acid tablets two to three times a day for controlling the bleeding.

You are right in expecting implantation bleeding on day 21 or 22 of the cycle. But it's very minimal and doesn't continue longer. Please wait for your regular menstrual cycle date. If you happen to cross your dates, then please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
