How Long Does Fever Due To Hepatitis B Vaccination Last In Children?

My daughter is feeling ill after her Hep B booster --fever flu like sympts and a cough and runny nose . This reaction happened in the 24 hours following the booster and she is due to travel to India in 2 dayss . How long is the reaction likely to last ?
