DEAR MADAM

i can understand your grief and you taking alprazolam it will wash off from your system soon , but that is not the solution, to come to terms with your grief and loss you need to visit a psychiatrist and a therapist, they will certainly assist you in coming to terms with your situation,

you can also try and take help from your local parish and padre they will certainly assist you in overcoming your grief and help you in any way they can
please explore these alprazolam is not the solution
