How Long Does Excedrin Take To Show Effect?

I have had a migraine since yesterday and have taken Excedrin migraine twice today(one pill each dose). The last was about 4 hours ago. It says 2 in 24 hours. But my head still hurts, how long should I wait before taken one more. It does upset my stomach. Would it make my stomach feel worse. Also I was thinking of maybe just taking Nyquil instead and trying to sleep. How long can I space that out.
