How Long Does Cytotec Take To Abort Pregnancy?
Good afternoon, My inquiry is, how long does it take for Cytotec after taking it vaginally 4 pills every 24 hours for 3 days, total of 12 pills in 3 days, to be undetected by a blood exam? Thank you very much for your knowledge and attention to this matter!

I believe your pregnancy was under 9 weeks or 63 days.
According to WHO recommendations, if you have opted for Misoprostol (Cytotec) only regime, the schedule is Tab. Misoprostol 800 micrograms every 3-12 hours up to 3 doses.
You have taken the pills after prolonged interval (24 hours each) than recommended. If the abortion does not start within 3 days, you may have to repeat the regime. If so happens, please take the tablets as per the recommended dosage and schedule.
Alternatively you may take Tab. Mifepristone followed after 24-48 hours by Tab. Misoprostol. Abortion should take place within 3 days.
These medicines are prescription medicines and should be taken only after Gynaecologist's advice.
Completeness of the abortion can be assessed by ultrasonography.
These medicines cause developmental abnormalities in the baby. Hence, in case of failure, the pregnancy should not be continued but terminated by surgical methods like MVA aspiration or so.
