How Long Do The Withdrawl Symptoms Of Bupropion And Escitalopram Last?

Hello. I have been taking prescriptions Bupropion HCL XL (150 mg) and Escitalopram (20 mg) for over 12 years now. I stopped taking both a week ago due to noticeable side effects and costs. How long will these withdraw symptoms last? I am having chest pains, sweats and chills, inability to sleep, and thoughts of suicide. I know I should be evaluated by a physician but that is not an option at this point. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for using healthcare magic.
The withdrawal symptoms of escitalopram and bupropion last upto one month. It is not advisable to stop these drugs abruptly. They should be discontinued in a graded way.

In my view you can restart escitalopram about 80 % of the previous dose and than discontinue at rate of 20 % per week.

After one week no troublesome side effect occur due to bupropin 150 mg and no need to re start it again.
