How long do sutures near the ears take to heal?

Respected sir My mother has met with an accident where i was too present. The doctor has told that no internal injury but the skin has torned near both ears and there have been 115 stitches on both sides. How much time will she take recover ? What should we do more ? We have done sonografy MRI and CT SCAN.

The sutures in the ear can be removed after five days. The wound heals by couple weeks. You can apply topical ointments like Neosporin.
