How Long After Taking The First Dose Of Misoprostol Should The Second Dose Be Taken?

I am about 45 days pregnant. I opted for cipla mtp kit. I took 1 mifepristone followed by 2 dose misoprostol(orally) 24 hours later. I m having severe cramps and bleeding. I have been suggested to take the next 2 dose of misoprostol(orally) in the next 12 hours. Is it alright. Plz suggest.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, as long as the pregnancy is concern, better to avoid taking medicines, unless it is extremely required, if it is gestational period and having bleeding p/v then underlying cause need to be fund out, some time this could be serious condition, hope this information helps, take care. (Hormone therapy dose being adjusted according to the clinical condition and the dose that you have taken may be okay).
I find this answer helpful
