How Long After Changing The Medication To Control Blood Sugar Can Sugar Levels Be Checked?
I am having diabetis over 8 years. Using medicine also. Recently last three months my fasting sugar is 170 (Approximately) and post lunch 235 9Approxiamtely). Now Doctor changed the medicine Zoryl M2 morning 1 Tablet and Evening 1 Tablet. With in how many days I need to check my Glucose levels whether the medicine is working or not? or can i go for any other alternate medicine. My age is 45.

you should start checking your fasting and post prandial sugars after one week of modifying drug regimen and dietary control. Also get you HbA1C levels after three months and consult your physician with the reports so that any modifications if required can be made at that time.
