How Long After A Stapedectomy Can One Play Sports?

Hello Doctor, I have been diagnosed with the same condition and have been advised to get stapedotomy done. Since I work out a lot and do a lot of physical sports like running, weight lifting and some jumping, can I continue this after the resting period (say 2 months) after the surgery. Also I do not play football or any similar contact sports. Thank you in advance.

YOU SHOULD AVOID IT. TAKE ADVISE FROM YOUR TREATING DOCTOR.MAY BE TWOMOREMONTHS REST IS REQUIRED.AFTER COMPLETION OF REST PERIOD CAN GET REVIEWED BY SURGEON WHO OPERATED UPON YOU. IF HE ALLOWES YOU TO START EXTRANEOUS EXERCISE THEN YOU CAN START.
