How Is Hypothyroidism Treated?

hi, i am just 2 weeks pregnant and have severe undetected hypothyroidism with tsh 20 but started my tablet thyroxine tablet as soon as i got my report. do i need progesterone and argipreg granules so early in pregnancy? i am already taking follic acid and elthroxin

Brief answer: Thyroid hormone replacement with thyroxin supplementation.
Detailed answer:In my opinion,it is sufficient what you already take I.e eltroxin and folic acid.You can also take calcium and other B complex vitamins after getting your doctor's opinion.Otherwise there would be no need for any drugs like progesterone or argipreg during pregnancy,unless prescribed by your Obstetrician..Hope I have answered your query.If any clarification s,happy to help you.Take care.
