Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

Foul smelling of urine could be due to co-existing urinary tract infection with diarrhea.

Urine should be given for investigations like CUE and culture.

Give plenty of water and ORS to drink to maintain good urine output and hydration of the child.

If there is urine infection antibiotic should be given with the doctor advise.

Hence consult the pediatrician for examination and evaluation.

Hope OI have answered your query.

Regards.
