How Is Clinical Depression Treated?

Hi Doctor, I am 54 years old female and was advised to take Nexito Forte for easing my problem of sleep deprivation and depression. which I took for 2 years off an on and stopped abruptly. Ia m experiencing depression, uncontrolled emotions, anger and outbursts now and feel this is not my personality. I am also feeling very weak in general and experiencing muscle pain and weakness towards left arm. I am experiencing difficulty in breathing and am forgetting things or words of expression. Can you help?

Hello,
Thab. Nexito forte is good and proper medicine for depression. But you should have taken it regularly. Second thing it should not be stopped abruptly. One should consult doctor for this.
The current symptoms you are suffering now are of abrupt medicine withdrawal. If possible restart with half tablet during night time. Then gradually taper off like taking alternate day.
