ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello & welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
It could result in perichondritis which need admission & IV antibiotics to treat it.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice her
Syrup O2 twice daily ,
Syrup Combiflam twice daily ,
Ointment metrogly P twice apply with ear bud &
combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast half tablet in night.
You can discuss this with your treating doctor.
Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
