I AM ADVISE TO TAKE SOMPRAZ HP KIT ...... SO SIR HOW SHOULD I TAKE THE MEDICINE ...... THERE ARE THREE TAB IN THE MORNING AND ANOTHER THREE IN THE EVENING ..... SO IN MORNING HOW TO TAKE THE MEDICINE ..... IS IT ONE TAB BEFORE BREAKFAST AND THE REST TWO AFTRE BREAKFAST OR IT SHOULD BE TAKEN ALL AT ONCE

Thanks for contacting with your health concern and the dosing schedule is/as follow:

1. The kit is used to treat or prevent ulcers in people that are suspected to have H. Pylori bacteria and because the kit contains 3 different medications: amoxicillin- clarithromycin- esomeprazole so you need to take all three at each dosing

2. Esomeprazole should be taken 30 minutes before food (breakfast & dinner) and clarithromycin & amoxicillin 15 minutes after food.

PS.morning dose is before and after breakfast and evening dose means before and after dinner.

3. Common side effect with the kit include: nausea, drowsiness,stomach pain, diarrhea
