Hi, I have query related to my father who is diagnosed with Conus cauqda syndrome; he is suffering from this since Dec 2011. We had MRI, NCV and EMG initially doctors said its GBS tests but later once it was reveladed he is having bladder and bowel incontiennce they said it's motor axonal polyneuropathy with myletis paraplgesis. He is unable to stand, walk and have bladder, bowel incontinence. We have tried multiple hospitals however; his condition is still the same; he is under psychotherapy from last 8 months however recovery seems to be very slow; in last 8 months he is just able to move his right leg little bit but cant lift it normally. Please suggest if we/doctors are missing something and something can be speed up his recovery.
