How I Can Ge Rid Of Pain In My Elbow ?
i need help my name is marshallmy ebow has a painne in my elbow when it is put under a stress like for example my arm would have a pian when i try to push up or down my arm would go in to a very hard pain and im in the sprot of motocross when i hit a jump a bump or lan it will really hurt i need help if you can please email this marshallbomb@hotmail.com please thanks answer my question

it is due to ligament or joint problem only
it will recover ,but you must take rest first
avoid any weight bearing act
you may need some splint also
x ray or ct scan will tell more about your injury
