Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I have had the Implanon in my arm for around 3-4 months. A few days ago I did a home pregnancy test and it came back positive then I did a blood test at the doctors which came back positive. I was then told my levels were very low and I m probably not pregnant. I m still worries me that I could be, what would happen to the baby if I was after 3month on the Implanon? Would it survive? I was told I wouldn t need an ultrasound. I m going to the doctors again in a few days to have another blood test just to be 100% sure. Just wondering if I was what the chances of the babies survival would be? And would I have to have surgery?
