Hello
Welcome to healthcaremagic
She is suffering from viral infection. For such type of mild viral cold without any other complaints no medicine is required. It is self limiting. Dose of t mimic syrup in 16 mths old child is 1.5ml twice a day.It is not very safe to give repeatedly at short intervals.
