How Else Can I Get Rid Of Cramps ?

Ok I really need your help! I am having really bad cramps!! I took an advil about 45 mins ago, I just got out of a hot bath, and I have a heating pad on my tummy! Nothing is working. The pain is getting so bad I can hardly bear it! Oh and my superbowl party is about to start in 20 mins! so please help! And quick! Thanks! I just checked and I don't have any banana's nor tea! ane everyone is starting to arriveto my house!! AHHHHHH!HH!!!!!!!
