How Effective Is Urispas For Bladder Issues ?

Hello, how are you today? I have a bit of a complicated question(S). I have MS as well as other autoimmune cronic illnesses. One unfortunate side effect of the pain meds is hyperhidrosis. I have tried avery topical treatment I could find. In December I tried Botox. That worked good, but it was expensive and only worked on the sweating for 1 month. Any medications that could help reduce the amount my face sweats? I saw that Urispas has a side effect of possible reduction in sweating. I currently take vesicare and was wondering about trying Urispas for my bladder issues to see if it helps. Any advice??? Thank you!
