Hello
It seems from the history that you are having chalazion of the eyelids and you are given pyrimon eye drops. Primon is a combination of antibiotic, chloramphenicol and steroid, dexamethasone and is used for sterile inflammatory conditions.
It is usually not very effective against the chalazion. The chalazion in its early or initial stages responds to medical treatment and commonly used drugs are antibiotics with or without steroids and hot compression and oral anti-inflammatory drugs.
If it wont respond to the eye drops the next mode of treatment is by use of intralesional steroid injections or by incision and curettage.

Thank you
