i want to know about polio how effective is pulse polio why it is going on for so many yrs it is eradicated in poorer nations

actually the immunity we are going to get with this vaccine is called herd immunity so the live attenuated virus is given by oral vaccine and the people or children less than 5 years keep shedding the inactivated virus it is not of economy of the nation how many people are getting the vaccinated if we miss atleast one person, he sheds the virus via stool and spreads to the other

very effective. it is because of it, we are on verge of extinction of polio virus. sorry incidence of cases.
