How Effective Is Miralax For Chronic Constipation?
Hi I am a 41yr old woman who eats a lot of fruit veggies chicken fish and recently started oatmeal in am. For am out a week I started taking miralax once a day for chronic constipation. Senna too strong for me. The past three days I have had the smelliest gas I have ever experienced. ESP today, what can I do?

I really appreciate your concern, constipation is not the disease but this is condition, does not need any medicines but this could be relieved with conservative management, like drink more water, have fiber diet, no need to over react, do not apply any force at the time of defecation, this is not because of the IUD, take care and have a nice day.
