How Effective Is Gabapentin In Treatment Of Peripheral Neuropathy?
Hi - I am taking 300 mg of Gabapentin (neuron tin) daily for peripheral neuropathy. I am 76 and have aging macular. My question: will Gabapentin increase the progression of th AMD? The neurontin has helped my neuropathy a lot. Jo Ann Dunlap. YYYY@YYYY

Gabapentin will be effective for neuropathy. However it is required only if there is pain. If you don’t have severe pain, no need to start on gabapentin.
