blood glucose (sugar) level is maintained through different mechanisms one of which is insulin secretion. insulin does this by increasing sugar absorption in perepheral tissue whenever blood sugar concentration is raised above the optimum level. you need to check your blood insulin concentration along with c-peptidase after fasting for 4-6 hours which will make clear wheather there is any inappropriate secretion of insulin and what is source of that insulin.
