How Does One Treat Painful Ulcers?

I was told I might have an ulcer n was h pylori posative and last night I had a bad pain in my left side under my breast and whole side like hunger and it lasyed foran hour I ate an it went away n why was the pain so severe also I got a twitchin in my left eye lid should I be concerned.i was really scared last nite.

Here you have h.pylori ulcerative stomach infection...

For which take standard regimen of drug including amoxycillin plus clarithromycin and omeprazole for 10 to 14 days ....

Meanwhile as you have ulcer avoid irritants like......
/excess spicy food
/ excess tea and coffe
/ sour fruits
/ smoking
/ alcohol
/fried meat etc....

Take more water and milk ....

Avoid stress...
