How Does One Improve Fitness And Lose Weight?

Hi My Name is Hariharan and I am 36 years old... my BMI is 26 and I weight 85 Kg and I am 6 ft tall...
I have put on weight in the last couple of years and my work shcedule was lokoing for a good diet plan and excercise routing to improve physical fitness and lose weight

Weight loss can be achieved by change in diet and activity. It requires an increase in activity to at least 150 mins a week, more if possible.

In terms of diet, there are different diet programs available,you can choose which ever one you are more comfortable with.

The main diets are: (1)low fat/low calorie diet and (2) low carbohydrate diet

Both are associated with weight loss though the initial weight loss with low carbohydrate diets is faster.
