How Does One Confirm H Pylori Eradication?

Hi, I am having H Pylori for which doctor advised Amoxylin 1000 mg twice daily with Flagyl 500 twice and Furoxone 200mg twice daily. As my stomach is very weak I could not continue the treatment for more than two days and had to seek further medical help. Now I was diagonosed with Bronchitis also and doctor is giving me 2gm Mesporin daily that is am taking as injections. Will Mesporin also be helpful in treating H Pylori. Doctor advised in case of H Pylori I can take it for 7 days. My only question is whether Mesporin is really effective for H Pylori and is it necessary to take any combination medicince with Mesporin for treating H Pylori. What is the best test to confirm if the H Pylori is completely gone after medication?

For H. Pylori eradication you need to take combination drug therapy as given to you.
If the combination therapy causes you to have symptoms related to stomach. You can take these meds alongwith your meals to reduce side effects.
