How Does Elevated SGPT And SGOT Affect The Mother And Child During Pregnancy?

Hi, my wife is having a pregnancy of about 12 weeks now. Her SGPT and SGOT levels are elevated to 224 and 125 respectively. She had a jaundice about 2 months back but her bilirubin levels are absolutely normal now. Her HBsAg test was negative as on 15th November 2013. Please let me know if such high levels of SGPT & SGOT can have an impact on both mother and baby.
