EHS is Ehlers Danlos syndrome..., it is caused due to deficiency of the type 2 collagen... hence there is hyper flexibility of of all the joints , especially in the fingers... it is a genetic disorder.., in Eyes it causes cataract, disorders of vitreous and retina.., Karyotyping will help to diagnose the condition...
