I had a high cholesterol level before and i really had a problem. I was diagnosed as a stage 2 hypertensive and that i had to take medication. It was really hard, i had to check for my diet and stuff and the worst thing was i had to resign from my job because i wasn't productive enough. I really had a hard time but after 4 months of theraphy i was on the right track again. hehe thank GOD! ^_^ well anyway, i hope you guys learn a lesson from it hehe **ps..** by the way i was lucky it didn't affect my sexual life ^_^ because doctors say that if you're taking medications for hypertension it can affect your sexual life...
