Hi, Welcome to Healthcare magic,

Swine flu is a respiratory disease, therefore spreads by :
1. Inhalation of respiratory droplets from infected persons, which come out on sneezing or coughing
2. Fomites- respiratory droplets which are on contaminated handkerchief, objects etc.
